Capital Performance Co., Ltd. is spearheaded by an individual who has experienced a plethora of roles in the game across many countries delivering Football Services. The supporting network hail from substantial pedigree and equally impressive backgrounds in both playing and non-playing roles.
Our desire to support and guide the current and next generation of both Players, Coaches and Organisations is deep within our mission to ensure that everyone, can obtain the tools to progress to a higher level and be successful.

SOMETHING TO CONSIDER
What will the game look like in 2, 5 and 10 years from now?
To start the exercise, take yourself back 10 years, and specifically to South Africa 2010. The FIFA World Cup was held amongst much colour and culture off the pitch. On the pitch, a tournament that was dominated by a playing system of 1-4-2-3-1 across the board (with the odd exception) and to which yes, is still used today, although a far cry from the innovative work of the world's greatest coaches; worthy of note, influenced by the qualities of the world's greatest players.
The flexibility that we see in the game today is widespread! The preeminent coaches in the game, who are generally more youthful, more dynamic and have studied through the age of modern technology, are contributing heavily to the aspirations of those starting their journey.
Players, on and off the pitch, whilst respective are in a different era, live their lives far different to the heroes of yesterday and some may say, do not have a life until they retire. The price that is paid for the small margins it seems...
Clubs are fast becoming corporate companies and using the Top 10 in the world as an example, the operation off the pitch is just as important as on the pitch. The progression of the game has accelerated and will continue in that upward trend for many years to come.
Who would have predicted that from that tournament, we would have seen such development only ten years later?
The only certainty is that technology will develop and the average player, coach and organisation at all levels will have to be equipped and comfortable using technology and various methods to continue to progress as an individual and gain opportunity.
